Tasting Notes:
The grapes grown here are all farmed under the Bio-Dynamic farming machine operation.
The cabernet has a sweet nose of mulberry’s and cassis/blackcurrant, with a hint of cedar from the oak. The wine has a amazing richness but also has a very fine grain palate, the wine finishes with a nice tannin grip. This will cellar for 10 years.
DRINK WITH – Bratwurst and sauerkraut.

Single vineyard, biodynamic dry grown vines.The wines is are free of preservative, wild yeast ferment, natural wines with no additives. Typical mineral and warm spice with wild berry and forrest floor characteristics.
Food – This shiraz would go well with beef and a tomato based sauce. It would also compliment spicy reach meals and hard cheeses. Typical mineral and warm spice with wild berry and forrest floor characteristics. Grown using Biodynamic practices.
Tasting Notes:
Ok this is our natural wine selection – that is… the grapes are picked and taken into the winery to be crushed then fermented by wild yeast and then put into barrel and then into bottles 18months later. Being a natural wine the wine will always reflect the vintage conditions as the wine cannot be manipulated in the winery (like 90% of all other wine in OZ) The shiraz has a lovely cedar oak character on the nose with loads of white pepper and plums. The palate is rich and full flavoured with great depth and fine tannins, this wine has the potential to age and mellow out for the next 10 years, or just drink it and enjoy.
DRINK WITH – Spicy food like Chilli con carne.
